Taking a Mini Vaca



So I am prepared to take a mid-work week vacation. I decided to add the experience to my blog. As I said before, I am trying to pick this up again.

I have a few things planned that I will also add to my blog. I am going to make some content for my 'I am No Chef but I Cook Anyway' series that I presently have only posted to my social medias:

This will give me an opportunity for more privacy and do a little more in the presentation. My cousin is always going on about the pretty plate thing, so maybe I will include that. I have at least decided what I am going do:
  • By Request - My Tangy Jerked Buffalo Wings. 
  • A drop in dirty Steak as well as a Swordfish version or Mahi Mahi. Depends on what the have available.
  • Southern Caviar with Guinness
  • Bubble and Squeak
  • Seasoned Plantain Fries
I am not going to make any desserts or special drinks, at least that is not the plan.

Aside from getting the most out of the kitchen there, I plan to go out on Tuesday night. I was looking at some options as far AIRBNB Experiences, Ashton Cigar Bar or Village Whiskey. It is still up in the air because I am not sure what other opportunities may become available. There is still a chance I will be wrapped up, with a bottle of Red Wine and just enjoying the space.
